Nephrurus Wheeleri

Wheeleri are amazing geckos which are native to the deserts of Australia. They are very easy to take care of and look simply amazing. They still aren’t widely bred within the United States so it is something that we are very proud of. The females are only about 4-5” total length with the males usually being about an inch smaller. They are part of the “knob-tail” species because they have a little ball on the end of their tails and they wiggle it when they go after food or feel threatened. They are a very neat species to watch with several funny quirks about them!
